By the time the vaccines were being rolled out I had made my own assessment of the risks/benefits of taking the vaccine and decided I’d be better off without it. Almost all my friends and family seemed to think the vaccines were safe and effective. And there was the implication it was our patriotic duty (even our Christian duty) to get vaccinated. So I felt foolish, unpatriotic, even selfish in making my own decision. However, we are now in summer 2022 and there is so much evidence that the vaccines are not effective. This page has a few examples.
Soundbite – ‘double vaccinated only 1.2% of deaths’
In October 2021 A friend referred me to official UK data that showed only 1.2% of deaths were in people who were double vaccinated. I looked into it and found it to be a bit misleading. (more…)
After 8 months, worse off than unvaccinated
In March 2022, The Lancet published a study on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines and the waning of immunity with time [read it here]. The study showed that immune function among vaccinated individuals 8 months after the administration of two doses of COVID-19 vaccine was lower than that among unvaccinated individuals. These findings were more pronounced in older adults and individuals with pre-existing conditions.
3x higher rate of infection – triple boosted vs unvaccinated
In the UK Health Security Agency vaccine surveillance report for week 11 2022, the infection rates are reported by status and age. See table 14 on page 46. In March 2022 if you are triple vaccinated you are at least 3x more likely to get infected that if you are unvaccinated.
